Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the booked arrival date are eligible for a refund, less any applicable bank or payment processing charges.
Cancellations made 30 days or less before the booked arrival date will be charged at 100% of the total booking value and are non-refundable.
No-shows and early departures are charged at 100% of the confirmed booking value.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
By confirming and paying for a booking, the guest accepts this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Terms & Conditions
I Dream Africa Tours & Safaris CC (IDA) provides and arranges tourism, accommodation, transport, catering and related travel services, either directly or through approved third-party service providers.
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required payment has been received.
Prices are quoted in Namibian Dollars unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by IDA’s published Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary travel documents, insurance, medical requirements and personal belongings.
Where services are provided by third parties, their reasonable operating rules and conditions may also apply.
IDA will take reasonable care in arranging and providing services but cannot be held responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
By making payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
